Hi, I'm Coach Frenchy!

As an actor and a young woman, I know what it's like to struggle with body image and fall for all the latest fitness trends and fad diets. I used to think being healthy meant I had to work out doing cardio 7 days a week and always opt for the lowest-calorie option and restrict my favorite foods, but the only things this did for me was lead to some serious burnout and health issues!


My life completely changed when I started working with a coach who helped me learn effective ways to exercise and nourish myself for my goals! I finally stopped chasing the smallest version of myself I thought I had to be, and started working towards becoming the strongest, most confident version of myself!

I quickly fell in love with weight lifting and learning about the world of nutrition. Coming out of a performance environment in college where so many young women were taught weight lifting "makes you bulky," routine weigh-ins in the dance department caused disordered eating habits, diet culture prevailed, and unhealthy behaviors were very normalized and encouraged by role models, I knew I had to share what I've found to help other women break free from diet culture and learn how to be the healthiest, most confident versions of themselves!

I currently hold certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
